Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida as a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist with HR-related tasks, including updating and maintaining HR policies, managing employee benefits, coordinating personnel management processes, and supporting HR operations. Additional responsibilities include contributing to employee engagement initiatives and providing administrative assistance to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with core Human Resources (HR) practices and concepts.
  • Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies.
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment.
  • Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior internship or project experience in HR is advantageous but not required.
