Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Noida. The Human Resources Intern will assist in day-to-day HR functions, including managing HR policies, supporting employee benefits administration, maintaining personnel records, and participating in overall HR management. The role involves engaging with various HR initiatives, contributing to employee relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
  • Knowledge of HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous internship experience in HR or related roles is a plus
