About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated
HR Intern
to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Human Resources and gain practical exposure in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support in maintaining and updating employee records and databases.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and preparing HR documents.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on relevant job portals and social media platforms.
  • Support HR team in daily administrative tasks and policy implementation.
  • Handle basic HR queries from employees and interns.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
