About the Role:

We're looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team. The role focuses mainly on recruitment and talent acquisition, along with supporting day-to-day HR activities.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment — job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Communicate confidently and professionally in fluent English (spoken & written).
  • Assist in HR operations, including employee engagement, attendance tracking, documentation, and maintaining HR records.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and assist in performance management activities.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring and staffing needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Pursuing or completed a postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹5, ₹10,000.00 per month
