Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller Cum Coordinator located in Delhi. The Telecaller Cum Coordinator will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, coordinating with various internal teams, and handling data entry tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service role. ( Coordinate with field technician and Engineer )
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of railway industry norms and standards is a plus.
  • Should be graduate.

Exerience Required : - 3 yrs - 5 yrs

Salary :- up to 3 lac
