About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller (Healthcare) to support our pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, basic knowledge of pharmacy/healthcare operations, and the ability to manage customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
Pharmacy Operations:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management and timely dispensing of medications.
- Accurately read and interpret prescriptions to provide patients with the correct medication or suggest alternatives if required.
Customer Handling:
- Assist customers with medication inquiries and provide professional guidance on the proper use of prescribed drugs.
- Address customer concerns and maintain excellent service standards to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Technical Expertise:
- Apply technical knowledge of pharmaceutical products to educate and inform customers about drug interactions, side effects, and storage instructions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry.
Communication:
- Maintain effective communication with customers in both Hindi and English to build trust and rapport.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless operations and address any operational challenges proactively.
Operational Efficiency:
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure uninterrupted availability of medicines.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and customer interactions in compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Graduate / Diploma (Pharmacy or Healthcare background preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare/pharmacy operations.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of medicines, prescriptions, and pharmacy practices.
