Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Executive to handle health-related queries of customers. The role involves resolving patient/customer queries related to healthcare services, insurance, doctor consultation, diagnostics, and other health support processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails regarding healthcare-related queries.
- Assist customers in booking doctor appointments (virtual/physical) and diagnostic tests.
- Provide information about health insurance coverage, group mediclaim, and claim process.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, hospitals, and diagnostic centers for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Escalate critical issues to the concerned department for faster resolution.
- Ensure high levels of empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (English).
- Basic knowledge of healthcare services and medical terminology is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
Qualification:
- Minimum Graduate (Any stream).
- Experience in healthcare customer service/insurance/telecalling preferred, but freshers can also apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
