Role Overview
As a
Sales Associate (Admissions Counsellor)
, you'll be the first touchpoint for hundreds of ambitious professionals exploring the Founder's Find Fellowship. Your role is to help them make an informed, confident decision — not by pushing sales, but by
guiding them through clarity
.
You'll combine empathy, storytelling, and sharp consultative selling to help learners see the long-term value of joining our ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Speak with potential learners (inbound & outbound leads) and guide them through the admission journey.
- Understand learner motivations, evaluate their fit, and recommend the right program path.
- Drive conversions with empathy — not pressure.
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and maintain data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Program & Growth teams to improve user experience and funnel quality.
What You'll Bring
- 6–12 months of experience in
education or related inside sales
roles. - Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with
CRM tools
(HubSpot, LeadSquared, Zoho, etc.) - A learner's mindset — curiosity about startups, careers, and education.
- Self-starter attitude; you thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
