Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Gurgaon. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, building strong client relationships, and driving the sales process from start to close. The Inside Sales Specialist will communicate with potential customers via phone, email, and other channels, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. Additionally, responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales pipeline records in the CRM, achieving assigned monthly targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and presentation
- Proven ability in lead generation, cold calling, and qualifying prospects
- Experience with sales strategies, pipeline management, and achieving sales goals
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in team environments to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the eCommerce or logistics industry is an added advantage
