Senior Backend Sales / CRM Executive

Location: Faridabad

Experience: 4–7 years

Industry: Switchgear / Electrical / Industrial Products

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and order tracking through CRM/Excel.

* Maintain and update customer database, enquiry pipeline, and follow-up records.

* Coordinate between field sales, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.

* Manage customer relationships, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.

* Track pending quotations, orders, and payment follow-ups.

* Prepare MIS and CRM reports for management review.

Required Skills:

* Industry experience is mandatory – must be from Switchgear, Lapp Cables, Secure Meters, Connectwell, Innomotics Motors or similar product lines.

* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.

* Confident, organized, and customer-service oriented.

* Experience with CRM or ERP software preferred.

* Graduate or Diploma preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong.

Pay: ₹10, ₹28,031.39 per month
