We are growing fast and building our marketing function from the ground up. We are hiring a Product Marketing Specialist who can also manage our marketing team, set direction, and ensure consistent execution across channels.

You will not just create messaging—you will lead and manage the marketing workflow and ensure the entire marketing team is aligned with product and business goals.
You will work directly with:
- GM
- CTO
- Product Team
- DevRel (for ONQL)
- Sales Team (for PG & Terminal)
Your mission:
Build and run AutoBit's product marketing engine.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Messaging & Positioning
- Develop clear positioning for ONQL and Terminal.
- Translate technical features into compelling narratives.
- Create messaging frameworks for different ICPs (developers, brokers, merchants).
- Ensure consistent storytelling across all channels.
2. Team Leadership & Coordination
You will manage and coordinate the following team members:
Performance Marketing Manager
- Guide ad strategy, audience research, and campaigns
- Review performance reports
- Align campaigns with product GTM
- Ensure ROAS and CAC goals are met
Graphic Designer
- Provide briefs
- Review creatives
- Maintain brand consistency
- Approve final designs for social, website, product launches
Video/Creative Content Team (if applicable)
- Guide scripts
- Ensure messaging accuracy
- Maintain production quality
- Approve final edits
Cross-functional leadership
- Align DevRel content with overall messaging
- Work with Sales to refine pitch and collateral
- Coordinate with Product for new feature releases
You are the central point of communication across content, design, performance, devrel, sales, and product.
3. Content Strategy (High Impact)
You will own the direction of:
- Landing pages
- Product pages
- Release notes
- Case studies
- Blog articles
- LinkedIn + website content
- Explainer scripts & tutorials
You don't need to do all writing yourself—but you will review, refine, and approve.
4. Go-To-Market Strategy (GTM)
- Build complete GTM plans for new features and products
- Coordinate cross-team execution
- Manage timelines
- Create product launch content & messaging
- Track performance of GTM initiatives
5. Market & Competitor Research
- Track competing products & category movements
- Build comparison matrices
- Identify narrative/positioning opportunities
- Research customer motivations for developers, merchants, and brokers
6. Analytics & Performance Insight
- Track performance of all marketing activities
Work with performance marketer to analyse:
Funnel metrics
- CAC
- Activation
- Retention
Ad performance
Recommend optimisation opportunities
Requirements
Must-Have
3–6 years experience in:
Product Marketing
- SaaS Marketing
Fintech / Dev Tools (big advantage)
Strong writing & product storytelling skills
- Experience managing or coordinating small teams
Familiarity with:
GTM
- Product launches
- Funnels
- User research
Product documentation
Understanding of technical concepts (APIs, dev tools, databases, fintech basics)
- Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment
Good-to-Have
- Experience working with developer communities
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, APIs
- Experience with ads & paid performance management
- Experience in B2B or fintech is a plus
- Understanding of trading or payment gateway ecosystem
