Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located on-site in Noida. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing and analyzing app and web traffic and social media engagement and collaborating with other teams to enhance brand awareness. The specialist will also monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize results.

Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience in managing advertising campaigns on
    Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google
    , and other major search engine platforms
  • Demonstrated background in
    customer service, support
    , and driving
    customer satisfaction
  • Strong ability to enhance and optimize customer experience
    across digital touchpoints
  • Excellent
    analytical skills
    with proficiency in
    web analytics tools
    (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Exceptional
    written and verbal communication
    skills
  • Ability to work
    independently
    as well as
    collaboratively
    in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in the
    healthcare, wellness, or Ayurveda industry
    is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Communications, Business
    , or a related field
