About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead product innovation and growth at Indias fastest-growing digital platform for two-wheeler discovery and comparison.
In this role, youll own the product roadmap end-to-end, working closely with design, engineering, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions that enhance user experience, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving real user problems, building scalable platforms, and driving measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, own, and execute the product roadmap aligned with user needs and business priorities.
- Lead the complete product lifecycle from user research, ideation, and design to development, launch, and iteration.
- Identify and validate new opportunities through user research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Translate business and customer needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and wireframes for design and tech teams.
- Partner with design and engineering to deliver seamless and high-quality product experiences.
- Track key product metrics (adoption, engagement, retention, conversions) and use insights to guide decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations for successful product launches and continuous growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in mobility, e-commerce, and marketplace platforms to fuel innovation.
What We're Looking For
- 4–8 years of hands-on product management experience in digital, tech, or marketplace environments.
- Proven success in building and scaling B2C or B2B digital platforms (preferably aggregator or marketplace models).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Deep understanding of user experience design principles and agile product development.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in automotive, mobility, agri-tech, or classifieds platforms is a strong plus.
