About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for multiple mobile and web development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analysing, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital products that meet customer expectations and align with technical feasibility.

This role also oversees the Business Analyst (BA) team, ensuring clear requirement specifications, effective backlog management, and smooth collaboration across engineering, design, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Planning

Own the product vision, roadmap, and requirement planning for all incoming projects across mobile and web platforms.

Engage with clients to understand business goals, user needs, technical constraints, and success metrics.

Evaluate project feasibility in terms of technology, budget, timeline, and operational impact.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

Lead detailed requirement discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders.

Translate business needs into clear, comprehensive, and structured BRDs, PRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.

Ensure all requirements are deeply analysed for both business logic and technical practicality.

Product Ownership & Delivery

Maintain and prioritise the product backlog for each assigned project.

Coordinate with UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA teams, and Project Managers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

Review and validate developed features to ensure alignment with client expectations and product goals.

Drive sprint planning, walkthroughs, UAT cycles, and release readiness.

Leadership & Team Management

Supervise and mentor Business Analysts, ensuring clarity, quality, and consistency in all requirement documents.

Review and approve requirement specifications before sharing with clients or internal teams.

Act as the escalation point for requirement-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

Client Engagement & Communication

Present requirements, mockups, and product flows to clients and internal teams.

Gather feedback and convert it into actionable improvements.

Maintain strong client relationships with proactive communication and expectation management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with engineering teams to assess and refine technical feasibility.

Conduct risk analysis, dependency mapping, and impact assessments for new features or changes.

Coordinate with QA to ensure test cases and test plans align with requirement standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 7 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst in a software development environment.

Strong understanding of mobile app development, web application architecture, and modern technology stacks.

Proven ability to translate complex business vision into actionable requirements.

Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience managing BA teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience in client-facing roles for international markets.

Background in fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, or enterprise application development.

Certification such as CSPO, PSPO, PMP, or CBAP is a plus.
