Job Title : Product Manager
( Media Asset Management )

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with expertise in
Media Asset Management (MAM)
, media ingestion workflows, and broadcast/media technology systems. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, defining, and driving the development of a scalable Media Ingestion & Management platform that supports multi-format content ingestion, metadata management, storage optimization, and distribution workflows across cloud and on-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities

● Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the MAM/media ingestion system.

● Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, and QA teams to translate requirements into product features and workflows. 

● Design end-to-end ingestion pipelines (supporting live, file-based, and bulk uploads). 

● Drive metadata standardization and tagging framework to ensure searchable and structured media catalogs. 

● Ensure seamless integration with cloud storage (AWS S3, Azure Blob, GCP), transcoding systems, and distribution platforms. 

● Define user workflows for content producers, editors, and CMS administrators. 

● Conduct competitive analysis and ensure product differentiation in MAM solutions. 

● Work with clients/stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications. 

● Ensure security, scalability, and compliance (DRM, watermarking, access control). 

● Measure KPIs such as ingestion speed, metadata accuracy, searchability, and content retrieval efficiency. 

Required Skills & Experience

● 3+ years of experience in
Product Management within Media, OTT, Broadcast, or Cloud Platforms.

● Strong understanding of MAM systems, DAM (Digital Asset Management), and content lifecycle management. 

● Experience with media ingestion workflows, transcoding, file formats (MXF, MP4, MOV, etc.), and media metadata standards (XML, JSON, MPEG-7, EBUCore, etc.). 

● Familiarity with cloud storage & services (AWS S3, CloudFront, Azure Media Services, GCP). 

● Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and workflow automation tools. 

● Strong analytical and communication skills to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 

● Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology for product development.
