We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead business growth initiatives and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales and channel management within the building materials or flooring industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners and distributors to maximize sales performance.
  • Generate qualified leads through targeted marketing campaigns, networking, and business relationships.
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts, and close profitable business deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 24 years of experience in B2B Sales and Channel Sales, preferably in Building Materials or Flooring industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
