Salary Range: ₹70,000 – ₹90,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven B2B Sales Professional to join our growing EdTech organization in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing partnerships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and training organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve B2B revenue targets.
- Identify potential business partners such as schools, colleges, coaching centers, and corporate training clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in the EdTech domain.
- Present product demos and pitches to institutional clients and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to customize solutions as per client needs.
- Track sales performance using CRM tools and report progress to management.
- Attend industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to promote the brand.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- 2–5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or Education services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship management and networking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Good understanding of the education sector and digital learning trends.
