As we continue to expand our international footprint, we are looking for driven sales professionals to join our dynamic team in Kolkata.
Requirements
- Minimum
1 year of experience
in selling
EdTech products/services
to
international markets
(US/UK/AUS preferred) - Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Experience in demo conversions, pipeline management, and meeting monthly sales targets
- Ability to understand parent needs and pitch the right learning solution
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and structured sales processes
- Willingness to work from our Kolkata office (full-time)
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative sales calls with parents across international time zones
- Explain program benefits, learning outcomes, and USP of Connect2Learn
- Drive conversions from demo sessions and inbound/outbound leads
- Maintain accurate records on CRM and achieve monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students
- Represent the brand professionally in all client interactions
