Office Timings: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM | Weekly Off: Sunday (6-day workweek)

What Youll Do (Your Impact)

As an HR Intern, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources team, supporting day-to-day HR functions and gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and operations. Youll work closely with HR professionals and business leaders to help shape a productive, people-first culture.

  1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across business and support roles.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.

Draft engaging job descriptions and assist in posting across platforms.

Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

  1. Employee Engagement

Assist in organizing team-building, wellness, and celebration events.

Support HR communication and internal engagement campaigns.

Conduct pulse surveys and share insights with the HR team.

  1. HR Operations & Documentation

Assist in onboarding new employees—documentation, induction sessions, and HR orientation.

Maintain attendance, leave, and employee data in HRMS (Keka or similar tools).

Support compliance, record management, and audit-related activities.

  1. Learning & Development

Coordinate internal training and development programs.

Collect feedback and maintain learning records.

Support in preparing training summaries and HR reports.

  1. Research & Strategy

Research HR best practices, policies, and industry benchmarks.

Contribute ideas for improving recruitment efficiency and engagement initiatives.

Who You Are

Education: Pursuing or recently completed MBA/BBA/PGDM in HR, Psychology, or related field.

Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant internship experience.

Skills:

Excellent communication (English & Hindi).

Good interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and HRMS tools.

Self-driven and detail-oriented with a learning mindset.

Mandatory: Must have a personal laptop for work.
