Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through effective communication and strategic selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential B2B clients.
  • Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with corporate clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70, ₹80,000.00 per month
