  • Qualify potential sales leads based on client needs
  • Log all calls and outcomes in our CRM
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly targets

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B telecalling or inside sales
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Bengali is a big plus)
  • Confident and professional phone presence
  • Excellent listening and objection-handling skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
