Job Title: Sales Executive (Tele-Sales)

Location: Chinar Park, New Town (On-site)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in Tele-Sales / Customer Sales

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive (Tele-Sales) to join our team. The role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, explaining products/services, and driving sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
  • Explain products and services clearly to customers.
  • Convert leads into successful sales and achieve targets.
  • Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM regularly.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in tele-sales / customer sales.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Work from Office)
  • Saturday: Work from Home (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
  • Sunday: Weekly Off

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
