Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Account Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records including vouchers, ledgers, cash book, and bank book
  • Prepare customer invoices and process vendor bills
  • Manage payments, collections, and follow-ups
  • Handle bank transactions including cheques, RTGS/NEFT, and bank reconciliation
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
  • Prepare financial reports (Receivables, Payables, Cash Flow, MIS reports)
  • Support in audit preparation and ensure proper documentation/filing
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Purchase, HR) for smooth workflow

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
  • Proficiency in computer operations (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Effective time management.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of Tally/ERP or any accounting software
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles
