Swabhumi Construction is a reputed name in the construction industry, committed to delivering quality projects and maintaining strong financial discipline. We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day accounting operations and financial records.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting entries in Tally ERP.
  • Maintain sales, purchase, and expense records accurately.
  • Prepare and verify bills, invoices, and vouchers.
  • Assist in bill collection and follow-up with clients/vendors for payments.
  • Support in GST calculation, return filing, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain cash book, bank reconciliation statements, and ledgers.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and assist in audits.
  • Handle Excel spreadsheets for data entry, reports, and analysis.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Manager and management for financial reports.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness in all accounting tasks.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, Excel, and basic GST workings.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and documentation.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • B.Com Graduate with 1–2 years of experience in accounting.
  • Fresher candidates with sound knowledge of Tally and Excel may also apply.
  • Must be honest, punctual, and disciplined.
  • Male candidate preferred due to field and coordination work.
