Job Title: Accounts Executive

IMMIDIATE JOINER PREFFERED

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. The role involves handling accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, expense booking, and assisting in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Bookkeeping & Accounting

  2. Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally/ERP).

  3. Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and vouchers.

  4. Ensure timely posting of sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

  5. Accounts Payable & Receivable

  6. Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.

  7. Follow up on outstanding receivables from clients/customers.

  8. Prepare vendor and customer account reconciliations.

  9. Banking & Reconciliation

  10. Manage bank deposits, payments, and fund transfers.

  11. Perform monthly bank reconciliation statements.

  12. Monitor cash flow and petty cash expenses.

  13. Taxation & Compliance

  14. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory returns preparation.

  15. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

  16. Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

  17. Reporting & Analysis

  18. Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and financial summaries.

  19. Support management in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  20. Highlight discrepancies, variances, and suggest corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, MS Excel).
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and organizational abilities.
