Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in factory accounts, journal entries, GRN preparation, purchase advice, and day-to-day accounting like accounts receivable /accounts payable/bank reconciliation etc. The ideal candidate will be proficient in accounting tasks, especially in the manufacturing sector, and possess strong skills in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage factory accounts on a day-to-day basis.
  • Prepare Journal Entries accurately and timely.
  • Assist in the preparation of GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
  • Handle Purchase Advice and process transactions related to purchases.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of all accounting transactions.
  • Manage daily accounting activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Ensuring matching of invoices with debit/credit notes, Purchase order, Goods Receipts Notes.
  • Inventory management and other stock reconciliation by considering physical stocks.
  • Preparing MIS reports like sales report, AR Aging Analysis, Payment due report etc
  • Tally entries on daily basis, Journal Entries like accounts payable, receivable/ reconciliation etc
  • Report maintaining in Excel.
  • Bank Reconciliation Statement
  • E-Invoicing, Advance Excel

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in factory accounts or manufacturing industry.
  • Age: Below 30 years.
  • Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
  • In-depth understanding of journal entries, GRN, purchase advice, and day-to-day accounting processes.
  • Education: B.Com or equivalent qualification.
  • CTC: Around ₹15,000/- per month.
  • Immediate Joiner preferred.
