Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven BPO Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills. This position involves engaging with potential clients, promoting our services, and contributing to business development efforts.

Duties

  • Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate leads.
  • Engage in B2B sales activities, focusing on technology and technical sales.
  • Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for effective outreach and lead generation.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide insights into market trends and customer needs to support business development initiatives.
  • Participate in telemarketing campaigns aimed at expanding our client base.
  • Skills
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, and technology sales is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to engage in inside sales activities while demonstrating a proactive approach to business development.
  • Experience in outbound calling and warm calling strategies is advantageous.
