Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to connect with prospective and existing customers. The ideal candidate will understand customer needs, present suitable product solutions, and drive sales effectively. This role is perfect for individuals who are target-oriented, passionate about sales, and committed to providing excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product information.
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to optimize results and resolve client issues efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
