Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, located in Kolkata. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves handling customer inquiries, following up on leads, and closing sales. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, maintaining customer records, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
  • Proficient in Customer Support
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in telesales or similar roles is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
