About the Role

As a B2B Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for building and managing the sales pipeline, engaging prospects, and executing marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads. You will work closely with the founder and operations team to understand our service offerings and design strategies that convert prospects into long-term clients.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify and engage decision-makers on platforms like LinkedIn and email campaigns.

  • Research and qualify leads in the real estate and property management sectors.
  • Craft personalized outreach messages, proposals, and follow-ups.

  • Sales Pipeline Management

  • Track opportunities, and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.

  • Schedule discovery calls, demos, and client presentations with the founder.
  • Support proposal preparation and contract finalization.

  • Marketing & Branding

  • Assist in creating case studies, newsletters, presentations, and social media posts.

  • Coordinate digital campaigns (LinkedIn ads, email campaigns, content marketing).
  • Track campaign performance and report on ROI.

  • Client Relationship Building

  • Ensure timely, professional communication with prospects and clients.

  • Support reputation building by managing feedback, testimonials, and online presence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing (international exposure preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, LinkedIn and email marketing platforms.
  • Ability to research markets, identify opportunities, and think strategically.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Prior experience in professional services, SaaS, or outsourcing sales is a plus.
