Operational
a. Support for B2C Department:
a. Marketing Communications:
i. Ensure support that all internal branding and patient communication is in place like
literature, standees, AV screening, process of communication, etc.
ii. Ensure coordination and support in conducting patient centric activities in conjunction
with the Marcom team at H
b. Digital Communications:
i. Ensure approvals for digital initiatives are sought as per deadlines
c. PR:
i. Ensure that PR initiatives held at the center is organized and coordinated in conjunction
with the PR team at HO.
ii. Ensure that approvals are sought for PR activities as per deadlines
b. Support for B2B Department:
a. Coordinate appointments as requested for DRP
b. Ensure to give the feedback to referral doctor & BD Team about every DRP
c. Process the referral cheques on time
d. Help BD team in day to day communication with the center
e. Ensure the process of referring back the DRPs to referral doctors
f. Coordinate the walk in of patients referrals to Referring doctors
g. Assist in Logistics of Marketing events which will be in center
h. Assist in requests for Discount policy
i. BD Daily/monthly Reports to be sent
j. Analysis of OPD report, Stimulation report, Dash board, Beta hCG Report, Conversion data
International Marketing:
b. Arrange con call / skype with consultants for international patients / doctors c. Give feedback to the team about the patients d. Data about the patient footfall & revenue e. Patient assistance
