Experience:
2–4 years
Qualification:
Bachelor's in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field
What You'll Do:
Inside Sales & Lead Generation:
• Identify and engage potential corporate clients via calls, emails, and digital platforms
• Generate and nurture leads; maintain CRM records
• Collaborate on proposals, quotations, and client follow-ups
Training Coordination:
• Coordinate training schedules with clients and trainers
• Manage logistics for both online and in-person training sessions
• Handle participant communication and training feedback
• Prepare and share training reports with stakeholders
What You Bring:
• 2–4 years' experience in inside sales, client servicing, or training coordination (preferably in the training or education sector)
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines
