of the business team, you will be responsible for developing and growing cards and credit Line business.

As the company network grows, we will test newer models and engagements for our client base, and you will get an

opportunity to straddle zero-to-one experiments and expanding the scope of proven projects as we focus on blitz scaling

our customer growth

Functional Expertise

  • End to End management existing & upcoming Credit line on UPI product suite on the company App
  • Complete ownership of portfolio activity and management for Cards and Credit Line on UPI
  • Extensive understanding of Cards/Credit Line business in terms of portfolio dynamix, user experience, alliance

partnership to drive meaningful engagement on cards and CL

  • Explore new products & partnerships aligning with the company's overall objectives and market trends.
  • Define the Cards and CL portfolio/product roadmap along with a clear objective/goal.

Interaction

  • Ensure external stakeholder management including engagement with banking & alliance partners and operate

based on industry best practices.

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute targeted campaigns that drive portfolio, engagement,

and retention for Cards and CL

  • Collaborate closely with the Product & Technology team to conceptualize, design, and launch new features and

enhancements that improve product value and customer satisfaction.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams like Risk, Infosec, Legal, Customer support etc. for launch of new products

and management of existing Credit Line products

Graduate or postgraduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 College.

  • MBA – 3-9 years of experience
  • Preferably experience with card issuer/co brand partner/banks
