Analyst, Portfolio Analytics
Work Dynamics
Portfolio Analytics supports the Client in making strategic decisions regarding their real estate portfolio. The Analyst will primarily be responsible for conducting financial analysis and portfolio strategy analysis to support strategy documents. Additionally, the Analyst will aid in the development of new reports and processes for both the team and the client.
What this job involves:
Supporting the Client to shape their RE/portfolio strategy
Provide best in class services to the JLL stakeholders and clients
Contribute to continuous improvement opportunities, development of tools and services for Workplace Strategy
Work as part of a wider JLL Account team servicing a client; collaborating with other BU's and delivering results for another team member who leads the project
Manage complex client relationships, and deliver high standard of workplace innovation and implementation strategies
Collecting and analyzing data, putting together both proposals and reports
Supporting data driven decisions, processes
Data analytics incl. occupancy supply vs demand analysis
Financial (P&L) modelling
Coordination of key projects, incl. data gathering, analytics and visualization
Preparing Client-facing documentation: PowerPoint presentations with analyses summary, key findings and recommendations
Requirements:
Organizational skills
Analytical, visualization and presentation skills

Able to work independently
MS Office proficiency (Excel and PPT)
Real Estate / Finance / Economics background
Analytical, visualization and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability of data analysis and reporting

Working Hours
Can be in-office or remote
