About the Role:

Ganesh Enterprises, a growing B2B dry fruits company, is looking for an experienced Senior CRM Executive to manage day-to-day order processing, vendor coordination, and logistics operations. The role involves close coordination with internal teams like accounts, logistics, and sales to ensure smooth and timely deliveries to B2B clients across West Bengal and East India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end order processing from order confirmation to final delivery.
  • Also handle post-sales support and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
  • Manage vendor and transporter communication for timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Work on payment collection and follow-ups with B2B vendors.
  • Work closely with the accounts team for billing, payments, and dispatch documentation.
  • Track and update daily logistics data, delivery status, and order reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, coordination, or CRM roles.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Excel, and MS office or similar tools (G Suite or Zoho apps).
  • Prior experience in FMCG or B2B trading preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹220,000.00 per month
