We are looking for CRM for our Client Organization

Location: Ruby, Kolkata

Work Experience: 1+ years

Shift Timing: 10 Am to 7 pm

Working Day: Monday to Sunday (1 week off)

**Salary**: 17k to 20k

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact.
- Understand client needs and business objectives, offering solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the company's products/services.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Prepare and deliver account reviews and presentations to clients, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Monitor client accounts, ensuring that contracts are renewed on time and payments are made as per terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure that client needs are met.
- Track and report on key account metrics, including customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
