**Responsibilities and Duties**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally, with a focus on technical support.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, monitor and report on performance metrics.
- Analyse customer feedback and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in customer support.
- May have experience in crm software in MARG and billing
- Experience in Billing
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tangra, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
