**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive individual to handle follow-ups with disqualified leads, gather feedback, update CRM data meticulously, and generate insightful sales reports. This role is essential for refining our processes and driving better client understanding.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call and follow up with disqualified leads to gather feedback.
- Update and maintain CRM data (Zoho Bigin) accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to analyze feedback and propose improvements.
- Generate detailed sales and lead reports periodically.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach during all client interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service, telecalling, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM software (preferably Zoho Bigin) and data management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to create reports.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
