Looking for a CRM Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing customer interactions across multiple channels and maintaining accurate records through our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls in a professional manner
  • Respond to customer queries via email and WhatsApp in line with company procedures, guidelines, and policies
