Job Title: ASSISTANT TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Company: PM Electronics Pvt Ltd
Department: Service Center
Location: Koregaon Park, Pune
Working Time: 6 days weekly, 1 day off
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Timely Reporting
Submit all repair data and performance logs to the OI (OPPO India) Organization on time.
- Accurate Diagnosis
Ensure correct fault finding to reduce repeat repairs caused by poor initial diagnostics.
- Use Genuine Repair Process
Follow approved methods and use genuine spare parts for all repairs.
- Maintain Repair Quality
Ensure repairs meet quality standards correct tools, proper assembly, and working parts.
- Tool Care
Maintain, calibrate, and use all tools (e.g., soldering stations, mustimeters') properly and safely.
- Problem Solving
Diagnose and fix any technical issue with devices or repair equipment.
- Follow ESD Safety
Always use ESD tools like wrist straps and mats to protect devices from static damage.
- Report Bugs or Issues
Report any bugs or problems in quality, software, or team processes.
- Meet Repair Time Targets
Aim to complete repairs within the 1-hour target and reduce time gaps.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 4-5 years of experience in mobile repair or technical support.
- Basic understanding of Android OS and mobile device architecture.
- Familiarity with service center tools and ESD safety equipment.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Strong interest in mobile technology and repairs.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of mobile diagnostics tools and software.
- Team player with a learning attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
