- Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads.
Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Employee Relations
Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
Implement employee engagement activities.
Maintain a positive and productive work culture.
- Performance Management
Drive performance appraisal cycles.
Implement KRAs/KPIs and track performance.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Payroll & Compliance
Manage monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, and other labour laws.
Maintain accurate records and statutory documentation.
- HRMS & Data Management
Manage and operate the HRMS software efficiently.
Ensure timely updates of employee data, leave, attendance, and payroll inputs in HRMS.
Generate HR reports and analytics using HRMS tools.
Support automation and digital transformation of HR processes.
- Policy & Process Management
Develop, revise, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
Ensure smooth execution of HR processes with proper documentation.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company standards.
- HR Strategy Support
Support workforce planning and budgeting.
Analyse HR metrics and prepare monthly dashboards.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹32,000.00 per month
