Role Description
This full-time, on-site role located in West Delhi is focused on developing and managing channel partner relationships as a Business Development Manager. The individual will identify and onboard potential channel partners, maintain strong relationships with existing partners, and drive business growth through partner networks. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, creating business strategies, negotiating partnership terms, collaborating on sales campaigns, and meeting revenue targets. Continuous engagement with partners to align objectives and ensure mutual success is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Development, Channel Sales, and Partnership Management
- Proven skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Relationship Building
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Networking abilities
- Experience in CRM systems and integration with tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Ability to analyze and track business metrics, goals, and sales objectives
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in unified communications platforms or SaaS will be an advantage
