We're looking for a
dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM)
to join our team and drive client acquisition, partnership development, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the digital marketing domain.
  • Generate leads through various channels — LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams (SEO, Performance Marketing, Design, and Content) to deliver tailored proposals.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business trends, potential clients, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, activities, and client communication in CRM tools.
  • Represent the organization in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in a
    Digital Marketing Agency or Advertising Firm
    .
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Branding, Creative design, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Number of new clients acquired per month.
  • Monthly and quarterly revenue generation.
  • Conversion ratio of qualified leads.
  • Client retention rate and satisfaction feedback.
