Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Business Development Training Manager a located in Dwarka. The Business Development Training Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering sales training programs to enhance the performance and skills of the sales team. This role involves identifying client needs, building strong business relationships, and achieving sales targets by offering tailored training solutions that add value to customers and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients for corporate and individual training programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Understand client training needs and propose suitable training solutions or customized programs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the training and operations team to schedule and deliver programs effectively.
  • Maintain an updated database of clients and prospects using CRM tools.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional campaigns to generate leads.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote company training services.
