Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
  • Support the sales team in client outreach, email campaigns, and follow-ups.
  • Help in preparing business proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand their project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align business goals with client needs.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and contact information.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for business growth.
  • Learn and understand the company's IT services, products, and project offerings.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (pursuing or completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Strong interest in IT sales, client management, and business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales pipelines, client communication, and proposal writing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online research tools.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn new concepts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
