We're looking for a
co-founder
to own, shape, and scale — from 0→1 and then 1→many. You'll define the product, own the business model, build the org, and make the go-to platform for intelligent hiring and employability.

This is a
true co-founder role
, not a title upgrade. You'll build from scratch, solve in the open, and set up a system that scales without depending on heroics.

Your week on the job

  • Identify new verticals and use cases where can win.
  • Work with tech and product teams to build the core matching engine and employer dashboard.
  • Set up the first set of anchor clients — startups, hiring agencies, and enterprise partners.
  • Define pricing, incentives, and funnels that drive adoption and retention.
  • Hire smart generalists across sales, operations, and customer success.
  • Create fast feedback loops — every client conversation informs product and GTM.
  • Build partnerships with communities, colleges, and platforms that feed the talent pipeline.

You'll thrive here if you

  • Have built or scaled a B2B SaaS, HRTech, or marketplace business.
  • Are equal parts product thinker and operator — comfortable moving from strategy to sales call to debugging GTM copy.
  • Obsess over user experience, data, and tangible outcomes.
  • Can attract and lead a sharp, ambitious team with ownership and clarity.
  • Are wired to experiment, learn fast, and fix fast.
  • Have zero tolerance for fluff and politics — you care about building, not posturing.

Nice to have

  • Experience in recruitment tech, ATS, or hiring automation.
  • Networks with HR leaders, TA teams, or startup hiring communities.
  • Familiarity with AI-led matchmaking, predictive analytics, or workflow automation.
