About Poultrywala

Poultrywala, a product of Ninjafarm, is transforming India's poultry and livestock supply chain — one of the most unorganized sectors in rural agribusiness.

We connect contract poultry farming companies and traders through a transparent B2B marketplace, enabling faster market access, fair pricing, and efficient logistics.

Our goal: To organize India's ₹1 lakh crore poultry ecosystem through technology, traceability, and embedded fintech (wallets, BNPL, and credit lines for traders).

We're now looking for a hands-on, visionary CTO to join as a Co-founder, own the entire tech roadmap, and scale Poultrywala into India's largest poultry trading network.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end product development (frontend, backend, integrations, dashboards)

Architect, design, and scale Poultrywala's marketplace platform

Build integrations with payment gateways, NBFC APIs, and internal systems

Manage tech roadmap for new modules like wallet, BNPL, and traceability

Set up infrastructure (cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, database, performance monitoring)

Recruit, mentor, and lead a small developer team

Collaborate with CEO and founding team on business & funding strategy

Ensure data security, uptime, and system scalability

Represent tech vision during fundraising, investor meetings, and partnerships

Tech Stack (Preferred)

Frontend: ,

Backend: PHP/Laravel or

Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL

Cloud: AWS / DigitalOcean / GCP

APIs: REST / JSON, Payment Gateways, NBFCs

Bonus: Experience with Fintech, AgriTech, or Marketplace systems

Who You Are

5+ years of hands-on software development or tech leadership experience

Proven ability to build and scale production-ready systems

Passionate about building from scratch and solving real-world problems

Startup mindset — ownership, speed, and resourcefulness

Strong understanding of architecture, product, and execution

Experience working with founders and small teams

Comfortable taking equity-first, with strong belief in long-term vision
