Role Description

Financial Operations, Compliance & Risk Management

· Establish financial control frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.

· Navigate taxation, audits, and risk management strategies with compliance.

· Leverage financial analytics to identify risks and opportunities in real-time.

Business Growth & Capital Structuring

· Shape the capital strategy to optimize investment, working capital, and cash flow.

· Oversee capital infusion, funding strategies, and investor engagement.

· Identify new business models & financial innovations to drive expansion.

Investor Relations & Stakeholder Engagement

· Build trust and credibility with investors, board members, and financial institutions.

· Shape transparent reporting systems that drive accountability and performance visibility.

Mergers, Acquisitions & Corporate Restructuring

· Lead M&A initiatives to accelerate business growth and diversification.

· Conduct financial due diligence and structure strategic partnerships.

Digital Transformation & Financial Innovation

· Leverage technology and automation to enhance financial analytics, forecasting, and reporting.

· Drive digital transformation in financial operations, including SAP/ERP system

optimization.

Job Specifications

Desired Profile

Hands on experience on financial planning & strategy, forecasting, corporate finance, SAP and merger & acquisition.

Educational Qualification

CA/ CMA/ MBA-Finance (Tier 1 / 2 B-School).

Total Experience

15-20 Years

Skills Requirement

· Proven working experience as a CFO
