As we scale up and level up, we're looking for a rockstar CTO who speaks fluent code, product, and vision, and is ready to lead our next tech evolution.

Role Overview

The CTO will be the tech brain behind our event-tech operations—driving architecture decisions, scaling our platforms, managing the product roadmap, and turning caffeine into code (and strategy). You'll report directly to the CEO and partner closely with product managers, designers, and our elite development team to shape products that wow event organizers and attendees alike.

Responsibilities


• Own the end-to-end tech vision and strategy for our product suite


• Lead the engineering team, foster innovation, and encourage technical excellence


• Scale our microservices-based architecture, ensuring performance, reliability, and security


• Drive technical decisions on product roadmap features with scalability in mind


• Oversee API integrations, third-party tools, and modular customization


• Translate business goals into tech outcomes (and do it without breaking a sweat)


• Mentor, hire, and inspire a high-performing dev team


• Stay ahead of emerging tech trends—from AI in event tech to AR/VR to ML-based matchmaking


• Collaborate with the CEO as a strategic product advisor—not just a tech leader

Required Experience


• 10+ years in software engineering with at least 3+ years in a leadership role


• Proven experience in Event Tech, SaaS platforms, or B2B tech products


• Hands-on experience building or managing products like event registration systems, mobile apps, interactive maps, or CRM integrations


• Familiar with AWS, , Python, , RESTful APIs, and microservices


• Exposure to AI/ML tools, DevOps, and agile product development cycles


• Solid track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams
