Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Medical Officer located in Pune. The Chief Medical Officer will oversee medical operations, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and lead the organization's medical staff. Responsibilities include managing medical affairs, developing strategies to enhance service delivery, and ensuring effective utilization management. The role will also involve conducting performance reviews, designing care protocols, and collaborating with key stakeholders to align organizational goals with healthcare advancements.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in EMS , 108 Ambulance services ,ERC Medicine and Medical Affairs to oversee and guide clinical operations and medical service delivery.
  • Skills in Utilization Management and Managed Care to optimize resources and improve the quality of patient care.
  • Experience in Strategic Planning to develop and implement initiatives that align with organizational goals and improve healthcare outcomes.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to effectively manage teams and complex situations.
  • MBBS is must
  • Prior experience in a medical leadership role, preferably in emergency healthcare, is highly desirable.
